Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang at The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a BA in Communications and Theatre. Her career began as a performer in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. The most notable of these were The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. Additionally, she performed 7 main roles in LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly started to get the roles for films and TV as she studied improvisation in The Groundlings. Her voice is distinctive and her diminutive size lets her be able to play many characters. She has worked with Naomi Watts in The Ring 2 as the evil Samara, but she is more well-known as the bright and bubbly receptionist from Two and a Half Men. From 2011-2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party night hopper as a Series regular on the TV Land comedy The Exes. The show also featured her as an Regular in the role of the hot sassy little sister to Alyssa Milano in ABC's Romantically Challenged as well as the suburban mom who was stressed on the The CW's No Tomorrow. She is known for her soaring soprano voice in a variety of animations. These include Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. In recent times, she was playing the dim-witted but lovable Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's well-known comedy Superstore. The private world of her life is quiet. She loves having time with her family, including two small children.
